For products that have been delivered and Buyer wish to exchange for whatever reason(s) and not because of Seller's fault, the exchange can be made as per below conditions

1. The original packaging MUST NOT be opened.

2. Items to be exchanged must be of equal value or higher than the original item purchased. For higher-value items, the buyer has to top up the price difference. There will be no refund for lower-price items exchanged.

3. There is an exchange fee charge of 15% of the item.
